Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting exchanges at this time
Once order is placed all sales are final. If you would like to exchange your items you have 7 days from the day your package is delivered to contact us requesting an exchange (on eligible items). All returned items must be unworn, unaltered and with all original tags to be eligible for store credit.
Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for store credit. If there is an error on our end, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions you may have prior to making a purchase to ensure confidence in purchase.
*Custom wigs are not eligible for exchanges.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process exchange requests.
Processing & Shipping
- IMPORTANT: If your billing and shipping addresses are different please check out with PayPal. You do not need an account to check out via PayPal.
- Processing times for items can be 1- 5 business days after payment has cleared. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. These times may be extended during holidays, launches, promotions and busy seasons.
- Once shipped, delivery times within the United States is dependent upon which shipping option you choose at checkout
- Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to USPS or UPS. All orders require a signature.
All customs taxes, duties and VAT must be paid for by customer. Refusal to pay customs taxes once item has been shipped will result in item being returned to us and a store credit being issued minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Coupon, promo or discount codes cannot be applied once an order is placed. Make sure any promo codes you plan to use have been applied to your order before you purchase.
