Refunds & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Due to the exclusive nature of our products there are no refunds. If you would like to exchange your items you have 7 days from the day your package is delivered to contact us requesting an exchange. All returned items must be unworn, unaltered and with all original tags to be eligible for store credit.
Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for store credit. If there is an error on our end, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will only accept returns on hair that is unworn and unaltered.
Please don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions you may have prior to making a purchase to ensure confidence in purchase.
Processing & Shipping
- IMPORTANT: If your billing and shipping addresses are different please check out with PayPal. You do not need an account to check out via PayPal.
- Processing times for items can be up to 5 business days after payment has cleared
- All USA orders are shipped through USPS
- Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to USPS or UPS (international orders).
All customs taxes, duties and VAT must be paid for by customer. Refusal to pay customs taxes once item has been shipped will result in item being returned to us and a store credit being issued minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
