Refunds & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Once order is placed all sales are final. Unused, unworn, altered or damaged products can be returned for store credit on eligible items. Original tags must also be included. Clients assume responsibility for all return shipping costs. Store credit will be delivered using an electronic gift card and does not expire.
Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for store credit. If there is an error on our end, please notify us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). Please allow 2-3 business days for exchange requests to be processed.
*Custom wigs are not eligible for exchanges
Clients are welcome and encouraged to contact us with any questions prior to purchasing to ensure complete confidence and satisfaction with the order.
Processing & Shipping
- Processing times for items can be 1- 5 business days after payment has cleared (not including weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches, promotions and busy seasons.
- Once shipped, delivery times within the United States is dependent upon which shipping option you choose at checkout. We recommend an option that includes tracking information.
- Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
- All orders require a signature. If you are not home your package will be held at the nearest post office.
- Any items returned to Coco & Bliss due to incorrect error or failure to pick-up will be reshipped (customer assumes responsibility for costs to reship). We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to USPS or UPS.
All customs taxes, duties and VAT must be paid for by customer. Refusal to pay customs taxes once item has been shipped will result in item being returned to us and a store credit being issued minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Coupon, promo or discount codes cannot be applied once an order is placed. Make sure any promo codes you plan to use have been applied to your order before you purchase.
