Processing + Shipping
Orders are processed Monday - Friday 10 am - 2 pm EST. Please allow 2-5 business days after order has been placed to process your order. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Processing times are not included in the delivery times.
Processing periods may be extended during holidays, launches and promotions.
Once shipped, delivery time is dependent upon the shipping option you select at checkout. All shipping options have tracking information and will be emailed once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any delivery delays or lost packages due to USPS or UPS.
Items returned to Coco & Bliss due to wrong address, undeliverable or not being picked up from the post office -- A store credit will be issued minus shipping fees and 10% restocking fee.
Eligible items may be returned for store credit. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date to be eligible.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached. Customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Once item is received and approved, any original shipping related fees will be deducted and a store credit will be issued using an electronic gift card.
*Custom Wigs are not eligible for return
If we receive an item that is not eligible for a return i.e. worn, washed or altered in anyway; the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Once an order is placed all sales are final. We'll try our best to accommodate any order changes you may need to make prior to shipping. Any requested order cancellations will result in the customer receiving an e-gift card for the purchase total. E-gift cards do not expire.
Coupon, promo or discount codes cannot be applied once an order is placed. Make sure any promo codes you plan to use have been applied to your order before you purchase.
