Q: How many bundles do I need?

    A: For all curly hair, 2-3 bundles is recommended for a full sew in. 

    For all other textures: 

    * 14" - 20"  = 3 bundles 

    * > 20 inches = 4 bundles 

    * However, this is only a recommendation. The number of bundles you truly need will be dependent on your desired outcome.

    Q: I placed an order when will it ship?

    You can check the status of your order via the chat on our website 24/7. 

    Processing times can be 2-5 business days after order is placed. Clip ins and wigs are custom made and have their own processing time which can be found in the product description in bold and is usually between 5-10 business days  Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times can be extended during holidays, launches and sales. 

    Once shipped, delivery time is dependent upon the shipping option you selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped (check spam/junk folders). Allow 48-72 hours for tracking info to update. Processing times are not included in delivery times. 

    Q: Can I return or exchange my hair? 

    Eligible items may be returned for store credit. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date to be eligible. ***Wigs and clip ins are not eligible for return**

    Returned items must be unused, unworn, unaltered in anyway including running fingers through the hair. Original tags must be attached and all items must be in their original packaging. Customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. 

    Once an item is received by us and approved for a return, any original shipping fees will be deducted and a store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card. 

    If we receive an item that is not eligible for a return (i.e. worn, washed, curl pattern altered in any way, etc) the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

    Q: I forgot to add the discount code to my order? 

    Coupon, promo or discount codes cannot be applied once an order has been placed.

    We will try our best to accommodate your request. The sooner you contact us the better.

    Once orders are placed all sales are final. However, we can issue you store credit for the item(s) you purchased.

    China is the biggest exporter of human hair extensions and where we source our extensions. Terms like Brazilian, Malaysian, etc are marketing terms that are usually misleading to consumers (as hair is not sourced from these countries), that’s why we do not include such terminology in the naming or description in our products. 

    All of our hair is human hair that can be colored and bleached. 

    Q: The hair I ordered does not look like the hair in the photos online

    Curly hair rarely comes ready to wear. You need to cowash and define the curls to get the hairs true texture. Check out our Hair Care page for product recommendations as well as techniques we use to define the curls. 

    Q: Are the knots bleached on the closures and frontals? 

    Knots do not come bleached on the closures and frontals. On closure wigs the knots do not come bleached either. 

    Q: How long will the hair last?

    The hair should last a year or more with proper maintenance. 

    Q: Can the hair be bleached or colored? 

    Yes! All hair can be colored and bleached. We advise seeking professional assistance, as improper coloring may compromise the curl pattern. 

    Q: Can the hair be straightened? 

    Yes! All the curl patterns have the ability to be straightened but we do not recommend it. Frequent heat styling may change or loosen the curl pattern. If you still choose to straighten the hair please use a heat protectant. 

    Q: What products do you use to maintain the hair? 

    Aunt Jackie’s Curl la la for extra hold and Giovanni smooth as silk conditioner. Check out our hair care page on the website for more product recommendations.

    Q: What happened to the Deep Curl/Body wave/ Kinky Straight hair?

    A: With everything going on with COVID-19 we really wanted to stock up on the items our customers love the most. The bodywave is gone for good but the deep curl and kinky straight will be back when things are back to normal.

    Q: My order says delivered but i haven't received it. 

    A: All packages require a signature. If you were not home when they attempted to deliver your package, they may re-attempt to deliver your package the next day or you can go pick it up from your local post office.
