Q: How many bundles do I need?

    A: For all curly hair, 2-3 bundles is recommended for a full sew in. 

    For all other textures: 

    * 14" - 20"  = 3 bundles 

    * > 20 inches = 4 bundles 

    * However, this is only a recommendation. The number of bundles you truly need will be dependent on your desired outcome.

    Q: How long will the hair last?

    A: With proper maintenance, hair should last for a year or more.

    Q: Can I dye my hair?

    A: Yes, but we advise seeking professional assistance.

    Q: What's the difference between Deep Curl and Kinky Curly?

    A: Deep Curl is a more loose and lighter curl. Kinky curly when defined can have  very beautiful small curls but without defining the curls can be very afro'ey. 

    Q: Can I flat iron my curly hair?

    A: Yes, but we don't suggest this. Frequent heat styling may change or loosen the curl pattern. If you still choose to straighten the hair please use a heat protectant. 

    Q: I placed an order when will it ship?

    A: Processing times for items can be 1- 5 business days after payment has cleared. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. These times may be extended during holidays, launches and promotions.Once shipped, delivery time is dependent upon which shipping option you choose at checkout. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to USPS or UPS.     Q: Can I exchange my hair?

    A:  If you would like to exchange your items you have 7 days from the day your package is delivered to contact us requesting an exchange (on eligible items). All returned items must be unworn, unaltered and with all original tags to be eligible for store credit. Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for store credit. If there is an error on our end, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Custom wigs are not eligible for return. 

    Q: I accidentally ordered the wrong items?/I want to cancel my order.  

    A: Once order is placed all sales are final. However we can give you store credit to use for the value of the item you bought. 

    Q: Will you bleach the knots on my closure or frontal if I get a wig made?

    A: Our wig service is a basic wig service. All wigs are constructed on the sewing machine to extend longevity. The wigs come with combs and a band and do not include any further customization

    Q: The hair I ordered doesn’t look like the hair in the photos online can you explain?

    A: Curly hair rarely comes ready to wear. You need to co-wash and define the curls to get the hairs true texture. Checkout our hair care page on the website for some product recommendations as well as techniques we use to define the curls.

    Q: What happened to the Deep Curl/Body wave/ Kinky Straight hair?

    A: With everything going on with COVID-19 we really wanted to stock up on the items our customers love the most. The bodywave is gone for good but the deep curl and kinky straight will be back when things are back to normal. 

    Q: What kind of hair is this/what origin is the hair?

    A: China is the biggest exporter of human hair extensions. Terms like Brazilian and Malaysian hair are marketing terms that are often misleading to consumers (as hair is not sourced from these countries), that’s why we don’t include such terminology in the naming or description of our products. 

    Q: My order says delivered but i haven't received it. 

    A: All packages require a signature. If you were not home when they attempted to deliver your package, they may re-attempt to deliver your package the next day or you can go pick it up from your local post office.

    Q: My tracking info hasn't updated

    A: Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking info to update
